Video Content Creator & Brand Host - Native-Level English Required

We’re looking for a highly articulate, creative, and camera-confident Video Content Creator & Brand Host to become one of the public faces of Teamflect. This is not a traditional content-writing or social media management position. You will create and present marketing and educational videos, write articles and scripts, host webinars, and represent Teamflect on podcasts, interviews, and other external platforms. You should be equally comfortable researching a topic, developing an original idea, writing the content, and delivering it naturally and confidently in front of a camera • all in English. 🎬 THE TYPE OF CONTENT YOU’LL CREATE 👇 A core part of this role will be creating polished, presenter-led educational and thought-leadership videos in English. The following video represents the type of format, presentation style, storytelling, and production ambition we are looking for: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVbzZPwbWDM Presenter-Led Video Content Long-Form Videos Short-Form Videos Webinars Podcasts and Interviews Written Content Content Repurposing Interviewing Brand Representation Content Development 🗣 ENGLISH AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS — MUST HAVE • Native-level or C2-level spoken and written English • Clear, natural, and engaging pronunciation • Ability to communicate comfortably with a global audience • Ability to speak confidently without sounding scripted or overly rehearsed • Strong storytelling, interviewing, and public-speaking skills • Ability to explain complex or technical topics in a simple and interesting way • Excellent article, script, headline, and social media writing skills • Ability to adapt your communication style across videos, webinars, podcasts, articles, and interviews 🚫 NOT A FIT IF YOU • Prefer working entirely behind the scenes • Are comfortable writing but do not enjoy appearing on camera • Need a fully written script for every recording or conversation • Sound highly rehearsed or unnatural when presenting • Cannot communicate at a native or near-native level in English • Are uncomfortable hosting live webinars or participating in unscripted conversations • Cannot provide examples of English-language on-camera work • Focus only on content volume rather than quality, audience value, and brand credibility • See content creation as simply completing assigned tasks • Need detailed direction for every article, video, or content idea • Are interested only in social media management rather than substantive content creation • Are uncomfortable being publicly associated with and representing a company BENEFITS Insurance Support: Health insurance support to help ensure your well-being.
