Affiliate Manager

Affiliate Manager (Turkey) Remote | Full-Time We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to help expand and strengthen our partner network in Turkey. The role is focused on identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliates and business partners, building long-term relationships, and driving sustainable growth through partnership channels . Responsibilities Identify and onboard new affiliates and partners Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners Negotiate commercial terms and partnership opportunities Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities Research local market trends and competitor activity Work closely with internal teams to support partner success Maintain regular communication with partners and provide ongoing support Requirements Experience in Affiliate Management, Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales Strong understanding of the Turkish market Proven ability to source and engage new partners Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven and comfortable working independently Fluent Turkish and English are required Experience working with performance-based partnerships, affiliate programs, or digital customer acquisition channels is highly preferred What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Fully remote work environment International team Long-term career growth opportunities
