# Project Management Office (PMO) Executive

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Executive to join our Headquarters and lead the implementation of best-in-class project management practices across the Holding. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management methodologies and practices. Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt certification is an advantage. Proven experience in digital transformation , business process improvement, and technology integration projects. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana , or similar platforms. Strong ability to identify project risks proactively and develop effective mitigation plans. Experience in facilitating digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives through training and coaching of stakeholders. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving capabilities. Good command of English is preferred. Key Responsibilities Ensure the consistent implementation of project management methodologies, governance standards, and templates across the Holding. Coordinate projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to successful completion, in line with established methodologies and quality standards. Support project teams in defining project scope, budget, timelines, resource requirements, and effort estimates. Contribute to project portfolio management by aligning projects with the Holding's strategic objectives and optimizing resource allocation. Monitor project risks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria, ensuring timely corrective actions when required. Support the development of a strong project management culture by delivering training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization to improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
