Position Overview The Finance & Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's finance, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting executive management by providing financial insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Financial Management Lead and manage all finance, accounting, treasury, and administrative functions. Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital efficiently. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Monitor profitability, cost structures, and financial KPIs. Accounting & Financial Reporting Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee all accounting operations in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. Manage tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate external audits and work closely with independent auditors. Establish and maintain strong internal control systems. Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare management reports and financial performance analyses. Conduct variance analyses and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Support strategic investment decisions through financial modeling and business case evaluations. Develop dashboards and KPIs to support executive decision-making. Treasury & Banking Manage banking relationships and financing activities. Oversee credit facilities, guarantees, and financing agreements. Optimize financing costs and ensure healthy liquidity management. Leadership & Administration Lead and develop the finance and accounting team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial and administrative processes. Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, Procurement, Sales, and Human Resources. Support ERP optimization and digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a managerial role . Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is required. Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, reporting, treasury, and cost accounting. Thorough understanding of Turkish tax legislation and financial regulations. Experience with ERP systems and integrated financial management processes. Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred: Industrial Manufacturing Machinery Manufacturing Metal Processing Automotive Supplier Industry Industrial Equipment Heavy Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Technical Competencies Strong financial analysis and business partnering capabilities. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Solid knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing finance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Logo, Netsis, Canias, or similar. Experience managing external audits and internal control systems. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Finance & Administration Manager within a manufacturing company. Experience leading finance transformation or process improvement projects. Knowledge of IFRS/TFRS reporting standards. CPA (SMMM) qualification is considered an advantage. Good command of English.
