We are currently seeking a talented “Advanced R&D Detergent Senior Researcher” to join our dynamic “R&D Detergent” team. Based at our “ Headquarters ” in “ Kocaeli ”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “ Global ”. Qualificatio nsPossessing an engineering or science degree at the masters level is a mus t,3+ years of experience in R&D project s,Experience in detergents and chemicals secto r,Excellent problem solving skills and crisis managemen t,Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skill s,Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environmen t,Experienced in leading and implementing innovation project s,Being open to new ideas and following innovations with a researcher spiri t,Highly professional project leader with strong work ethic s,Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver result s,Strategic thinking skill s,Fluency in Englis h,No restriction to trave l,Located/able to locate in Kocael i.
