Job Description 🚗 System & Powertrain Control Engineer We are looking for a highly motivated System & Powertrain Control Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of next-generation electric vehicle thermal management and control systems. 🌟 What You'll Do Develop model-based control strategies for EV thermal management and powertrain systems. Translate vehicle and powertrain requirements into functional requirements and control algorithms. Design and implement thermal control functions for Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) applications. Support calibration, integration, and validation activities throughout the V-cycle, including MiL, SiL, HiL, and vehicle testing. Analyze thermal system behavior, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to ensure successful system integration. Maintain system requirements traceability and contribute to technical documentation. 🔍 What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Proven experience in EV or automotive control systems. Min. 2+ years of experience. Strong knowledge of Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) functions and vehicle control concepts. Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Model-Based Design. Solid understanding of EV thermal management systems, including Heat Pump architectures, HVAC integration, coolant and refrigerant circuits. Experience with calibration and measurement tools such as CANape, INCA, or equivalent. Knowledge of embedded software development and automotive standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262. Familiarity with requirement management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or Jira. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
