CRM Marketing Executive

At Nativeminds, we build B2C subscription-based products used by millions. We're looking for a CRM Marketing Executive who will own our customer communication channels across all products. This role is responsible for building and managing our CRM infrastructure, creating lifecycle campaigns, and ensuring the right message reaches the right users at the right time. What You'll Own; Own CRM marketing across all our app and web products. Plan, build, and optimize email marketing and push notification campaigns. Design customer lifecycle journeys, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and win-back campaigns. Set up and manage CRM platforms and marketing automation tools from scratch. Build and maintain customer segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign logic. Integrate CRM tools with product, analytics, subscription, and marketing platforms. Configure AI tools and connectors to automate marketing workflows and improve operational efficiency. Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize open rates, CTR, retention, and conversion. Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Development teams to launch campaigns and new features. What We're Looking For; Experience managing CRM, email marketing, and push notification campaigns. Experience with B2C subscription businesses. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience building CRM workflows, customer journeys, and lifecycle automations from scratch. Strong understanding of user segmentation, personalization, and behavioral messaging. Experience integrating marketing tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms. Familiarity with AI tools, connectors, and workflow automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n. Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing CRM performance. Strong ownership and execution skills.
