R&D Assistant Specialist

CANDIDATE PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field, Preferably experienced in R&D, product development, or laboratory processes; candidates willing to be trained will also be considered, Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Excellent analytical thinking skills and strong attention to detail, Eager to learn and continuously develop professionally, Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team, Good command of English, Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Manisa. POSITION OVERVIEW Take an active role in R&D activities related to the development of new products and applications, Support the improvement and optimization of existing products, Conduct research on product formulations, raw materials, and alternative materials, Perform laboratory studies, tests, and analysis, Monitor, analyze, and report the results of R&D activities, Support the planning and implementation of product development projects, Contribute to the preparation of relevant technical documentation and reports, Keep up to date with the latest technologies, scientific developments, and industry trends.
