Head of HR İzmir | On-site ManpowerGroup Türkiye is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing company operating in the food industry. We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Head of HR to partner directly with the CEO in building a high-performing organization and shaping the future of the company. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the CEO, lead and continuously enhance the company’s HR strategy, policies, and processes to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business objectives. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. Drive organizational development, talent management, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and foster a high-performing culture. Partner closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent while strengthening the company’s employer brand. A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing environments. Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle and leading HR functions Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and contribute to strategic business decisions. Excellent knowledge of Turkish Labour Law and employment legislation. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
