What You’ll Do As an IT Support Specialist, you'll use your expertise in systems management to resolve issues with clients' hardware and software components. You'll provide answers to our team members enquiries about IT and help meet their business needs through innovative IT solutions. You will be a part of our DevOps Chapter and support your team with Microsoft Windows Server / Linux environments, and hypervisor infrastructures. In this role you will also be responsible for ensuring system accessibility, functionality and stability, working around Incident/Problem/Change management processes. Responsibilities Providing end-user support remotely, on site or by phone. To meet and analyse user problems and demands assigned to you. To install and manage end-user equipment and software in accordance with the operation of the system. Following up the IT processes related to users who will start or leave the job and ensure that the procedures in the procedure are implemented. Determine inventory, licensing, and computer installation needs. Skills and Experience Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required. 2-3 years of network administration, or system administration experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux CLI and Linux server management is required. Experience in virtualization, Hyper-V, VMWare, or equivalent Experience in client operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS) Experience in MS Active Directory and Domain Infrastructure Experience in Powershell and scripting languages Experience in DNS, Certificates, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, ExchangeOnline and other Office 365 products Experience in TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS, Experience in Fortigate Firewall Management Knowledge of Backup and Recovery strategies (Veeam Backup) Strong multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Let's shape the future of travel together! https://www.gordiontech.com/kisisel-verilerin-korunmasi-ve-islenmesi-aydinlatma-metni/
