Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related discipline, At least 1-2 years experience in a related field (inventory planning, supply planning, etc.) in a multinational company, Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of ERP systems, Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Job Description: Manage inventory levels in line with sales forecasts, growth targets, and budget objectives, Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability, Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to develop sales forecasts in line with promotional plans, Measure, analyze, and continuously improve forecast accuracy, Coordinate with suppliers and related parties regarding product import processes, Monitor, measure, and improve Supplier Service Levels (SSL), Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve inventory health and stock quality, and initiate corrective actions for slow-moving, excess, or unhealthy stock, Optimize ordering patterns based on minimum and optimal landed cost methodologies.
