Pricing Manager / Assistant Manager

At TEB, we are looking for a Pricing Manager / Assistant Manager to join our Assets & Liabilities Division and lead the development of efficient, data-driven deposit pricing strategies that create value for both our customers and the Bank. This role is at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and customer engagement—playing a key part in optimizing our pricing models in a competitive market environment. Qualifications: Graduate of a 4-year university, preferably from Econometrics, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering or Finance departments, Min. 2 years of experience preferably in a similar role Speaks English at an advanced level Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level, Thinks analytically and is prone to team play Experienced in financial reporting Job Description: Calculating and publishing FTP (fund transfer pricing) for loans and deposits, calculated in accordance with bank balance sheet and market developments Special pricing for transactions that fall outside regular volume/maturity/rate profiles Monitoring internal and regulatory metrics in ALM scope Follow-up of budget/target realizations Management reporting, preparation of ALCO presentations
