Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities, Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising and trade marketing within the Retail and FMCG sectors, Knowledge of launch processes and in-store applications, Strong command of planogram management and visual merchandising processes, Strong planning, organization and time management skills, Proficient in MS Office programs, Good command of written and spoken English. What to Expect in This Role Launch Planning & Coordination Plan, follow up and manage all launch processes end-to-end in line with the global marketing calendar, Create and operationally coordinate module shipment planning processes. In-Store Applications & Visual Management Ensure the planning and implementation of additional display areas, Organize the planning and execution of in-store visual changes, Plan new product display applications and ensure their proper implementation in the field. Merchandising Material Management Ensure that all merchandising materials required for launch processes, such as stands, visuals, secondary displays, etc., are prepared on time and in full. Budget Management & Cost Optimization Periodically follow up and report the merchandising budget, Develop and implement actions to ensure cost optimization, Actively contribute to budget management processes. Planogram & Standard Compliance Manage global planograms and monitor the compliance of field applications with defined standards, Ensure the full implementation of the global merchandising guideline in the field. Field Management & Support Guide field teams and regularly follow up on applications, Provide training support when necessary and contribute to the development of teams, Contribute to the improvement of operational processes by providing data support when needed.
