Operations Supervisor

CBS Global is looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Supervisor to support our growing business in Türkiye. We're not looking for a corporate manager. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, takes ownership, and gets things done. You'll be responsible for launching new customer projects, coordinating local teams, solving day-to-day operational challenges, and ensuring our customers receive excellent service. If you also identify new business opportunities, you'll work closely with our Sales team to help grow the business. Your Responsibilities Launch and coordinate new customer projects from day one Recruit and coordinate local operational teams Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project delivery Maintain strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary operational contact Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively Ensure quality standards are consistently met Support HR-related operational activities Coordinate closely with internal Sales and Operations teams Identify potential business opportunities and pass them to the Sales team Travel within Türkiye when required What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in operations management or team leadership Willingness to support operational activities and step into an Operator role when needed Experience in Quality Control or manufacturing operations Background in Automotive, Electronics or Industrial Services is highly preferred Ability to work independently and take ownership Strong organisational and communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Hands-on attitude and practical problem-solving approach Fluent Turkish and good English Driving licence (Category B) What We Offer Opportunity to build new projects from the ground up Contractor Position/Independent Contractor High level of independence and responsibility International working environment Dynamic role with a mix of operations, customer communication and project coordination ==) Apply today and become part of our growing international team.
