Tax and Accounting Manager

Our client is a leading multinational FMCG company. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, Minimum 5–8 years of experience in tax/accounting roles (preferably in multinational companies or Big4), Strong knowledge of Turkish tax regulations (or relevant local tax system), IFRS knowledge is a plus, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage all corporate tax compliance processes (corporate tax, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.), Prepare and review tax returns and statutory filings, Ensure compliance with local tax laws and international tax regulations, Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, Support tax planning and optimization strategies, Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess business impact, Lead tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries, Provide tax guidance to internal departments.
