Service Sales Team Leader

Job Description Altium Türkiye is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Service Sales Team Leader to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving service sales activities, managing customer relationships, coordinating operational processes and leading field-based commercial activities within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage service sales activities with a strong field-sales approach. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers. Identify customer needs on-site and provide appropriate service, maintenance and spare parts solutions. Prepare competitive quotations, follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into sales. Manage the complete service sales process from customer visits to quotation, order tracking, operational coordination and invoicing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational continuity. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of service revenues. Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records and reporting through ERP and business tracking systems. Support and guide the service sales team in daily operations and customer management activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. Experience in service sales, technical sales or after-sales operations is a must. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Result-oriented mindset with strong persuasion abilities. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems and business tracking tools is a plus. Strong planning and organizational skills. Team player with a high sense of responsibility. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. Fluent in English is preferred.
