Cost Accounting Specialist / Executive

The Cost Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing cost accounting processes, analysis production costs and variances, and supporting accurate financial reporting. The role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Production teams to ensure effective cost control and provide meaningful financial insights. Description Managing and monitoring cost accounting processes Preparing production cost calculations Monitoring production costs, variances, and cost structures Preparing monthly cost and management reports Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Production, and Supply Chain teams Supporting month-end closing and financial reporting processes Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cost-related financial data Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting Good command of MS Excel ; experience, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Job Offer A dynamic and collaborative working environment, Opportunities for professional development, The opportunity to work closely with different functions and business units, Competitive compensation and benefits package.
