Job Description Develop and execute regional growth strategies across assigned abroad markets. Manage regional P&L performance, commercial operations, and market expansion initiatives. Lead distributor, partner, and affiliate relationships to maximize business performance. Drive new business development and strategic partnership opportunities. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize results. Collaborate with internal teams to align international sales strategies with company goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Regional Export Director should have: Bachelor's degree from BA or Engineering, master's degree would bring advantage. Proven experience managing export markets across multiple geographies within FMCG, Chemicals, or Pharmaceutical industries. Strong track record in distributor management, business development, and regional sales leadership roles. Experience with complex, regulated products and long-cycle commercial environments. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage regional P&L responsibility. Strong people leadership background. Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
