# Customer Service & Operations Specialist (1-Year Contract)

In This Role, You Will As a Customer Service & Operations Specialist at DFDS, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient customer service and operational processes. You will act as an effective communication bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, support pricing and booking processes, monitor daily operational performance, and contribute to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Controlling booking flown and processing, Creating & keeping update of Daily Utilizations Reports and sharing market situations with all team and higher managers, Pricing for oversize & project & finished vehicles to Customers according to Pricing Strategy of Route Management, Being in a good communication bridge with all customers and internal stakeholders, Handling software according to necessities, Involving Customers visits, Following Customer Onboarding procedures, Managing & Routing Customers with a caring approach also for everything related with all DFDS services, Supporting group sales activities, Supporting after sales operations like storage distribution & invoicing. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree, Good Command of English is required in both written and speaking, Preferably, proficiency in Kurdish or Arabic is an advantage. Expertise in MS Office Applications, Interpersonal relations and communication, Being result and commercial-oriented, Problem-solving skills, Ability to convince and influence, Planning and organization skills, Teamwork.
