We are looking for an experienced Software Architect who will be responsible for defining, designing, and governing the software architecture of enterprise-scale applications across OTT / CRM / CMS/ ISP / Telco, and/or digital platforms. The successful candidate will lead architectural decisions, establish development standards, and collaborate closely with software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance software solutions. Responsibilities Define and maintain enterprise software architecture standards, principles, and best practices. Design scalable, highly available, resilient, and cloud-native application architectures. Lead architecture design for enterprise applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems. Establish application architecture guidelines, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures. Drive technology selection, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical evaluations for new platforms and frameworks. Design secure software architectures by incorporating security, authentication, authorization, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Define integration architecture for internal systems, third-party services, and cloud platforms. Ensure software architecture aligns with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and data architecture strategies. Design event-driven, asynchronous, and service-oriented architectures where appropriate. Define application performance, scalability, resiliency, and disaster recovery strategies. Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code quality assessments. Establish development standards, coding guidelines, architectural governance, and software engineering best practices. Mentor software engineers and technical leads on architecture, design patterns, and engineering principles. Collaborate with DevOps teams to design CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and cloud-native operational models. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations aligned with business objectives. Maintain architecture documentation, decision records (ADR), technical roadmaps, and solution blueprints. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BS/BE) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 15+ years of professional software development experience. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles. Strong expertise in designing enterprise-scale, highly scalable, distributed application architectures. Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Event-Driven Architecture. Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns. Experience with API-first design and RESTful APIs; GraphQL and gRPC knowledge is a plus. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS . Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes . Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native development practices. Experience with distributed caching technologies (Redis, Hazelcast, etc.). Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL database architectures. Experience with messaging and event streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Google Pub/Sub. Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET , and modern backend development practices. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.) to support full-stack architectural decisions. Experience with performance tuning, scalability optimization, and high-availability solutions. Strong understanding of application security principles, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure software development practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong documentation and presentation skills. Fluent in English. Accountable, proactive, and capable of driving technical strategy across multiple engineering teams. Experince of Kibana elastic search Experience of Oracle Database Modelling Experience of TMForum SID Base DB Model Preferred : Experience in OTT, Pay TV, ISP, CRM, or Digital Media platforms. Preferred : Experience with AI-assisted software development and software engineering productivity tools. Preferred : Knowledge of observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, etc.). Preferred : Experience with API Gateway, Service Mesh (Istio), and cloud-native networking. Preferred : Familiarity with TOGAF, C4 Model, or other architecture frameworks. Preferred : Experience leading architecture governance boards and enterprise-scale modernization initiatives
