We are looking for a Direct Sales & Operations Specialist to join our growing international business and support sales development across emerging markets in South Asia and surrounding regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional global teams and drive sustainable growth through distributor management, commercial strategy, and operational excellence. Drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and ensure effective operations across assigned markets, including Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives, Afghanistan, and India export activities. Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned markets Manage and strengthen distributor relationships while expanding channel presence Optimise product portfolio and sourcing strategy in line with market needs Collaborate closely with Finance, Global Product Management, Supply Chain and After Sales teams Identify new business opportunities and maximise growth potential in the region Ensure efficient and profitable sales operations Monitor market trends and implement action plans accordingly The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.
