Product & Application Manager (MedTech)

We are looking for a Product & Application Manager for our client, a leading company in the MedTech industry. In this role, you will lead the successful management, implementation, and adoption of innovative MedTech solutions. You will bridge product strategy, application expertise, and customer needs to ensure the seamless deployment, optimize user experience, and adoption of advanced medical devices and digital healthcare solutions across customer environments. The Product & Application Manager role is a full-time and on-site position based in Anatolian side of Istanbul. Responsibilities Define and execute the roadmap for the company's digital software products, aligning product strategy with business objectives and market needs. Identify product enhancement opportunities by analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. Act as the product and application expert, helping customers maximize the value of digital solutions within their operational workflows. Design and deliver training programs and user enablement materials for internal teams and customers. Lead the implementation of digital software solutions, including installation, configuration, system integration, and data migration. Ensure implementation projects follow technical best practices and deliver a seamless customer experience. Troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with service and technical support teams. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and global stakeholders to drive product adoption and support business growth. Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and key KPIs to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage. At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Application Management, Implementation, or a similar role within the healthcare, medical technology, or digital health industry. Hands-on experience managing enterprise software products or digital solutions throughout their lifecycle. Proven experience working directly with customers, including solution implementation, user training, and post-sales support. Strong knowledge of healthcare IT ecosystems, digital platforms, system integration, data management, and clinical workflows. Familiarity with DICOM standards and medical imaging systems is considered a plus. Ability to align customer needs and business objectives with product and implementation strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Self-motivated team player with solid project coordination and leadership skills. Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
