About Pangea Pangea Consultancy is an independent financial advisory firm specialising in financial restructuring, project finance and Lenders’ Technical Advisory services. We advise leading banks, international financial institutions and large-scale companies on complex financing and restructuring processes across industries including infrastructure, energy, real estate, construction and industrials. We are looking for a Corporate Finance Junior Specialist to join our team and contribute to high-impact corporate finance engagements. The Role In this position, you will work closely with senior team members and take an active role in financial restructuring, project finance, lender advisory and financial analysis assignments. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing financial statements, cash flows, working capital and net debt Preparing financial models, cash flow projections and scenario analyses Reviewing business plans, financial forecasts and key assumptions Assessing funding needs, repayment capacity and debt structures Preparing credit reports, restructuring documents and investment evaluation materials Identifying financial risks, performance trends and key value drivers Preparing clear, decision-oriented reports and presentations for banks and corporate clients Supporting project coordination, client meetings and communication with financial institutions Working closely with senior management throughout different stages of engagements What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance, banking, credit analysis, project finance, restructuring, treasury, FP&A or financial advisory Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and corporate finance fundamentals Hands-on experience in financial modelling, cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis Good understanding of debt structures, credit assessment and repayment capacity analysis Advanced Excel skills and the ability to prepare professional PowerPoint presentations Good written and spoken English Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines Strong communication skills and a proactive, responsible working style For male candidates, military service must be completed, exempted or postponed for at least two years Experience in financial restructuring, project finance, lender advisory, corporate lending or credit underwriting will be considered an advantage. Finance-related certifications or training in financial modelling, valuation or corporate finance will also be considered an advantage. Why Pangea?
