Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager (İzmir Location) for our multinational client, which is the leading luxury retail industry. Job Description Lead overall store operations, ensuring exceptional client experience and operational excellence, Drive sales performance and profitability through effective business planning and KPI management, Develop, motivate, and coach the team to achieve individual and store objectives, Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging CRM strategies to enhance loyalty and retention, Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and service excellence are consistently upheld, Analyze business results and implement action plans to maximize productivity and commercial opportunities, Manage workforce planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives. Education and Experience Minimum 8–10 years of luxury retail experience, including significant store management responsibility, Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and achieving business targets, Strong leadership, people development, and stakeholder management skills, Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive business growth, Fluent in English, Passionate about luxury retail, client experience, and team excellence. “GI GROUP AND WYSER TURKEY SEÇME VE YERLEŞTİRME A.Ş.
