Chief of Staff

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO, Cenk Soyak , supporting strategic initiatives and helping coordinate projects across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive decision-making, collaborate with different teams, and develop a broad understanding of how a fast-growing technology company operates. What You’ll Do As part of the CEO Office, you will: Support the CEO in planning, prioritizing and following up on strategic initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure actions are completed on time. Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Track business priorities and help ensure smooth execution across teams. Organize leadership meetings, document key decisions and follow up on action items. Conduct research, analyze information and prepare concise executive summaries to support decision-making. Work closely with different departments to improve communication, alignment and collaboration. Contribute to operational and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Take ownership of special projects and drive them to completion. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field. Solid professional experience. Experience in project coordination, business operations, strategy, consulting or similar roles is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Professional fluency in both Turkish and English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) to improve productivity, research, communication and day-to-day execution. Curious, proactive, highly organized and eager to learn. High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
