Senior Cyber Security Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist who will play a key role in advancing our cyber security capabilities, enhancing our security architecture, and contributing to the protection of mission-critical aviation systems. What We're Looking For: Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related university program. Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity. Possesses strong technical knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity technologies, networks, operating systems, and Active Directory security. Has hands-on experience with PAM , with strong knowledge of PVWA, CPM, and PSM components, and the ability to manage privileged account onboarding, password management, and privileged session management processes. Has experience in Vulnerability Management processes. Has experience in Penetration Testing, Red Team, and Purple Team activities, with a solid understanding of attack techniques and the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Preferably has experience with Breach & Attack Simulation / Security Validation platforms. Has knowledge and experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, IOC/IOA, and TTP analysis. Has knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, Firewall, WAF, and IAM/PAM. Has knowledge of Generative AI, LLM Security, and AI-related cybersecurity risks , and keeps up to date with the use of AI technologies in cybersecurity operations. Can analyze security incidents and technical findings and translate them into actionable measures. Has strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, technical documentation, and reporting skills. Has strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and consultants. Has at least B2-level English proficiency. Preferably holds a cybersecurity certification such as CyberArk, OSCP, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC. Why Join Us?
