Role Description This is a contract role based in Türkiye for a Product Marketing Manager who will help shape how Infinite Nexus is positioned, introduced, and adopted by customers. You will work closely with the founders, product, design, creative, and engineering teams to translate new capabilities into clear messaging, product education, customer-facing materials, and launch experiences. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, education, and customer enablement. You will help users understand what the platform can do, how different workflows fit together, and how to get the greatest value from Infinite. Qualifications Develop clear positioning and messaging for Infinite Nexus and its core capabilities Create product guides, tutorials, demonstrations, onboarding materials, and release communications Build and maintain customer-facing knowledge and enablement resources Translate complex AI and creative workflows into clear, accessible language Support product launches with messaging, presentations, videos, and internal enablement Turn customer conversations and product feedback into useful insights for product, design, and marketing Partner with creative and design teams to produce compelling examples of the platform in action Help develop repeatable onboarding and learning programs for enterprise customers Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong product judgment and the ability to understand technical concepts quickly Excellent organizational and project management skills What We’re Looking For Experience in product marketing, product education, customer enablement, content strategy, or a related role Ability to understand a complex product and explain it simply without losing its depth Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills Deep usage and excitement for AI, creative technology, and the future of content production A self-starter who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and figuring things out Ability to work across product, design, engineering, creative, and customer-facing teams Strong attention to detail and visual judgment Excellent English communication skills Skills & Experience Experience marketing or supporting a SaaS, enterprise software, creative technology, or AI product Experience creating product documentation, tutorials, demos, onboarding materials, or launch content Familiarity with generative AI image, video, audio, or language tools Understanding of creative production, brand, agency, social, or advertising workflows Experience working with leading AI image, video, audio, and reasoning models Experience working at an early-stage startup or fast-moving product organization is beneficial Experience building educational programs, knowledge centers, or certifications is a plus
