We are looking for a talented, motivated Application Management Assistant Specialist . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or related fields; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience Basic knowledge of web-based applications and internet technologies Interest in Linux operating systems and command-line usage Knowledge of or willingness to learn about application servers, container/microservice architectures, and cloud technologies Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts Basic knowledge of relational databases and ability to write basic SQL queries Interest in monitoring, log management, and system performance Interest in or basic knowledge of at least one modern scripting language Willingness to learn automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices Willingness to effectively use AI-assisted development tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) Good command of written and spoken English Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Eager to learn new technologies; curious and open to self-development Strong team player with good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset No restrictions for domestic or international travel Key Responsibilities: Support application and infrastructure operations processes under the guidance of senior team members Take part in application installation, configuration, and maintenance processes Monitor system health and provide support in case of issues Contribute to operational processes in line with customer SLAs Support the installation and deployment of software products (including on-site activities) Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation Participate in periodic maintenance and update activities Monitor system performance using monitoring tools Assist with basic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives What can we offer you?
