You are proactive, organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment. You enjoy making decisions, solving problems and adapting quickly to change. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience managing a retail store or leading large teams. University degree. Good command of English; Spanish is a plus. Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills. Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and drive business results. Passion for fashion, customer experience and people development.
