Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably textile engineering), Business Administration, or related fields. Preferably working as a Buying Manager / Junior Buying Manager / Merchandiser / Buyer / Product Manager / Junior Product Manager. Minimum of 8 years of experience in buying or product areas (preferly Women's Traditional
• Woven Top). Experienced in analysis and reporting. Strong analytical thinking skills. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. Highly curious and eager to learn, with a research-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach. Experienced in strategy, process, and system improvement processes. Proficient in foreign languages at an advanced level (preferably fluent in English). Job Description: The responsibilities include: Sourcing products that align with customers' styles, needs, and budgets for the assigned brand while showcasing them effectively. Achieving financial/customer/employee/supplier satisfaction goals within the framework of organizational principles. Developing processes, systems, and organizational structures to meet transformation goals related to: Timelines, Quality, Pricing, Fabric management, Supplier management Creating a high-performance team climate conducive to success. Managing goal setting, planning, direction-setting, development activities, coordination tasks, and control measures effectively. Ensuring accountability by making performance visible across the organization. Identifying potential risks and managing them proactively.
