Export and Sales Organisation Person

JOB DESCRIPTION Ensuring the creation of customer orders through the ERP system, tracking the production and shipment processes of these orders, executing export operations in coordination with relevant departments, fully completing export documentation processes, and preparing operational reports. Duties and Responsibilities Creating and tracking customer orders through the ERP system. Forwarding orders to the production planning department and tracking production processes. Tracking order deadlines and delivery dates. Coordinating customer requests with relevant departments and providing feedback. Tracking customer order approvals and keeping system records up-to-date. Planning export shipments within the scope of road, sea, air, and express cargo organizations. Coordinating with shipping companies, forwarders, and customs brokers. To organize shipments in accordance with Incoterms standards. Ensuring the preparation and control of export documents. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Graduated from university departments of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Fresh graduate or with a maximum of 3 years of experience. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills. Open to innovation and personal development. Capable of managing corporate customer relations. Able to adapt to a demanding work pace Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Residing or able to reside in Eskişehir or Bozüyük.
