We are specializing in start-ups, hoping to achieve a near perfect set of financials for each of our clients, at a reasonable cost. Our goal is to give everyone a good understanding of their companies financial health. We are a Remote Work Only company. About Role • Junior Accountant and Onboarding This person will be responsible for coding and reconciling bank and credit card entries Reviewing entries that were entered Updating Balance Sheet Schedules Entering Balance Sheet entries Entering bills into Bill.com Create processes Adjust financials to align with US GAAP Answering client questions via email or slack Follow process to create revenue and COGS entries Requirements and Nice to Have AUDIT Experience is required 1–2 years of accounting experience Must know the difference between Debit and Credit Comfortable speaking to clients in English Proficiency using Excel and Google Sheets QBO experience a plus, but not required Team-worker, with excellent written and oral communication skills High analytical capability, hard working Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines Big 4 experience is a plus The position is full-time, evening working hours are expected as many of our clients are located in Eastern Standard Time zone There will be assessment test for English, Accounting, and Excel skills
