Joining us as a Tech Recruiter Intern, you will drive our growth efforts in hiring Software Engineers and Tech Talents across some of the best Tech Companies. Responsibilities Assist with recruitment processes (sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, conducting interviews, screening resumes, scheduling interviews) Support the screening process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates Update and maintain candidate databases and reports Provide general support to the recruitment team in daily tasks Requirements Undergraduate student, available to work 3–4 days per week Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and proactive approach Familiarity with technical recruitment or technical terminology is a big plus We are always looking for "Managers of One" at Coderspace.
