To join our growing Investment Banking team, we are looking for highly motivated professionals with strong analytical capabilities, a genuine interest in corporate finance, and a desire to build a career in investment banking. Role Overview: As part of a focused, high-impact team, you will gain hands-on exposure across the entire transaction lifecycle — from origination and structuring through regulatory execution to closing — and across a broad range of products including equity capital markets, debt capital markets, structured finance and securitization (including ABS and sukuk), and M&A advisory. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early in your career and build end-to-end transaction experience. You will work directly with senior bankers, clients, regulators and external advisors on live transactions. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in corporate finance, strong business acumen, sharp analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, transaction services, private equity, venture capital or business development Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, including financial statement analysis, DCF and comparable company analysis Effective written and verbal communication in both Turkish and English Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong interpersonal skills Very good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Considered an asset: Experience in equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), structured finance, securitization or other corporate finance transactions Knowledge of capital markets regulations and familiarity with regulatory filing processes before the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB), Borsa İstanbul and other relevant regulatory authorities Holding relevant Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) licenses Key Responsibilities: Contribute to a broad range of investment banking transactions across equity capital markets (ECM), debt capital markets (DCM), structured finance and securitization, and M&A advisory Build financial models and prepare valuation analyses, projections, and scenario and sensitivity analyses Support public offering (IPO/SPO) processes and regulatory applications before the CMB, Borsa İstanbul and other relevant authorities Support the preparation and execution of bond issuances, asset-backed securities, sukuk and other capital markets transactions Prepare transaction materials — pitch books, information memoranda, investor presentations, investment committee materials and transaction documentation Coordinate due diligence and communication among clients, legal advisors, auditors, rating agencies and regulatory institutions Conduct industry, market and peer analyses to support transaction execution and business development Monitor capital markets developments, regulatory changes and industry trends Bu ilan aracılığıyla yapacağınız başvurular kapsamında toplanacak kişisel verileriniz veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Misyonbank tarafından 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca iş başvuru süreçlerinin yürütülmesi ve iş başvurunuzun değerlendirilmesi amaçlarıyla işlenecektir.” İşe alımlarımızda fırsat eşitliğine önem veririz.
