Mine Operations Manager

We are seeking a Mine Operations Manager to join our company, which operates in the underground metal mining industry. The position is based at our underground metal mining operation in Western Türkiye. General Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Minimum 15 years of experience in production and mine operations management within underground metal mining operations, particularly in mechanized mining and production methods, Proven experience in production planning, operations management and team organization, Knowledge and experience in underground ground support and ventilation systems, Strong knowledge of underground production, haulage and mining equipment operations, Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and applicable legal regulations, Proficiency in at least one of the following software programs: Datamine, Micromine or AutoCAD, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Strong technical reporting, analytical and evaluation skills, Valid driver's license (Class B or equivalent) and ability to drive actively, Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Job Description Plan, coordinate and manage all production and operational activities of the underground metal mine, Ensure the preparation, implementation and monitoring of production plans in line with annual and periodic production targets, Ensure the effective and efficient utilization of workforce, machinery, equipment and material resources, Ensure the coordinated execution of production, ground support, haulage and ventilation activities, Ensure that all mining operations are carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, technical standards and company procedures, Monitor production performance, costs, productivity indicators and operational results, and conduct the necessary analyses and evaluations, Lead operational improvement initiatives and develop actions to enhance productivity in line with production targets, Prepare technical and operational reports on mining activities and present them to senior management.
