Showroom Sales Assistant

About Us We are an international company headquartered in Germany, specializing in industrial commercial kitchen technology. As GGM Gastro Turkey, we are looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team at our new showroom in Skyland AVM, Istanbul. Your Responsibilities Welcome showroom visitors and provide information about our products. Support the sales team on weekdays by assisting customers and introducing our products. Take responsibility for the showroom independently during weekends. Collect and accurately record customer inquiries and contact details, then share them with the relevant sales team. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and professionally presented. Carry out daily showroom opening and closing procedures. Working Schedule Working hours will follow the shopping mall’s operating schedule. Weekend availability is required. The two team members will work on a rotating weekend schedule: one weekend on, the following weekend off. Weekday shifts will rotate between: 09:00 – 18:00 – Opening Shift 10:00 – 19:00 – Closing Shift Requirements Minimum high school diploma; university degree is an advantage. Excellent spoken and written English. Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, friendly, and professional approach. Organized, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and according to the shopping mall schedule. Strong willingness to learn and ability to represent the company professionally.
