# Customs Contact Center Advisor

The Job: Following up the customs services we provide in line with the understanding of professionalism Handling internal and external customer requests in accordance with DHL standards Answering the calls coming to our Customs Customer Services center in framework customer expectation and maximum customer satisfaction Giving information about customs legislation and explaining customs services to our customers via telephone Dealing with time sensitive issues in order of priority and executing different business processes together Ensuring customer transaction follow-up by maintaining internal communication with customs brokers and other customs teams The Person: Bachelor’s degree graduation Excellent proficiency in English Strong communication skills, good at interpersonal relationships Prone to teamwork Able to handle different business processes at the same time and work with a focus on time sensitivity Able to adapt to intense and demanding work schedule
