Prioritize, monitor, and manage project outcomes with a focus on detailed planning and sound decision-making. Review and adjust project and epic work plans to meet evolving needs and requirements. Analyze and enhance existing workflows and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Guide engineers in selecting the right technical solutions, coding techniques, and tools. Ensure consistent application of Scrum and Agile development practices across the team. Oversee key people management tasks, including hiring, onboarding, professional development, and performance coaching. Help ensure that teams understand the company's values, mission, goals, and engineering priorities, aligning their work with broader organizational objectives. Collaborate with peers to overcome challenges and drive collective success. Lead personal development planning for Scrum team members and evaluate their performance regularly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in the software development industry with an expectation of 3 years of team management experience Strong expertise and deep knowledge of the software development life cycle and industry best practices. Excellent listening and coaching abilities with a focus on influencing and guiding teams effectively. Hands-on experience in agile project management, team communication, coordination, and strong analytical thinking skills. Highly motivated, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving success. Open-minded with a proactive approach to researching and learning new technologies in the field. Problem-solving and conflict management skills, capable of addressing complex business challenges. Passionate about delivering innovative, high-performance software products and solutions. Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
