Marketplace Operations Specialist (Contract / Outsource)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce operations, or a similar role. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with ERP systems, marketplace platforms, and operational tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferably good command of written and spoken English. Job Description: Coordinate order, invoicing, and return operations. Monitor daily marketplace operations and ensure smooth operational processes. Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Monitor vendor performance, order flow, return rates, and SLA compliance. Work closely with commercial, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to support operational excellence.
