We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher for our team in LHH . University degree Eager to learn, interested in this field Strong communication, coordination and follow up skills Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish & English Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and search techniques is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and efficiency Proficiency in data collection tools such as Excel Job Description Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, talent pools, and competitor insights Develop comprehensive talent maps and pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms and tools Collaborate with consultants and recruiters to understand client needs and tailor research accordingly Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support client engagement and decision-making Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and market developments.
