Using Agile/Scrum methodologies, we strive to become a more efficient and dynamic team every day. 🚀 We are looking for Application Development Engineer General Qualifications Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics Engineering or related departments of universities, Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience , Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework and ASP.NET technologies, Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Passionate about learning new technologies and adapting to changing software development practices, Good communication and teamwork skills, Proficient in English, Familiar with modern software development methodologies and agile practices, Experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar platforms , Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering . Job Description Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and .NET Framework , Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures, Participate in software architecture, technical design, and code review activities, Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices, Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, development speed, and software design decisions, Collaborate with product owners and other development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, Work with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines, Analyze technical requirements and transform them into scalable solutions, Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing applications and integrations, Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, particularly in the fields of AI and software engineering. Technical Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and .NET Framework , Strong knowledge of REST API development, Experience with SQL Server and database design principles, Experience with distributed system architectures and technologies such as Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, Elasticsearch , including caching, messaging, and high-volume data processing scenarios. Experience with Generative AI , LLM integrations , AI Agents Experience with microservice architecture, Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes , Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent development tools, Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, XML , Understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture, Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies, Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure ) is a plus.
