Full Stack Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION Ekin is a 28-year young technology company operating in 40 countries with a growing team of 250+ people. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field, Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development, Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Node.js, NestJS, Angular, React or Next.js, Knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB; hands-on experience is a plus, Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; hands-on experience is a plus, Familiarity with version control and CI/CD processes using Git and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, Comfortable working in a Linux environment and using basic shell commands; practical experience is a plus, Ability to use modern AI tools and technologies effectively and responsibly throughout the software development process, Ability to understand technical requirements and develop independently in line with project planning, Strong communication skills and willingness to share technical knowledge and collaborate within the team, Ability to adapt to shifting priorities across multiple projects, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Commitment to documentation, code quality, testability and sustainable software development principles, Good command of English, both written and spoken, JOB DESCRIPTION Develop, maintain and improve features for our smart city platform, which serves customers in many countries, as well as our other products and projects, Build backend services and frontend applications using Node.js/NestJS and Angular/React/Next.js, Take ownership of development tasks in line with technical planning and deliver them end-to-end, Provide development support across different projects, including web, mobile and sensor-based solutions, as priorities require. Gradually take part in analyzing customer requirements and in technical meetings with international customers, Analyze and resolve technical issues, support customer requests and coordinate with relevant stakeholders when needed, Work with containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins/GitLab CI, Write clean, testable and well-documented code, and contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
