Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Business Line Manager will play a key role in shaping business strategy, driving commercial performance, and developing strategic customer and channel relationships within a globally recognized industrial organization. THE ROLE The Business Line Manager will be responsible for driving commercial success, managing business performance, and expanding market presence within a strategic business line. Key responsibilities include: Full ownership of business line performance, including P&L responsibility, revenue growth, and profitability objectives Developing and executing commercial strategies aligned with business goals Leading sales teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders Managing strategic customer relationships, key accounts, and complex commercial negotiations Developing distributor partnerships and identifying new business opportunities Expanding market presence through customer engagement, sales initiatives, and business development activities Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities • Collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business priorities CANDIDATE PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field An MBA or advanced business education in areas such as Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is highly desirable Strong experience in compressed air, industrial equipment, machinery, or related B2B industrial sectors Proven background in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management Experience managing P&L responsibility and driving profitable business growth Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing sales teams and multiple stakeholders Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Fluency in English is required Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and analytical capabilities WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
