Country Manager Turkey

We are currently working on a search for Iveco for a Country Manager Position to lead the commercial vehicle business for a well-established global manufacturer. Reporting to the APAC Truck Business Unit leadership team, the Country Manager will have full responsibility for the performance, profitability and sustainable growth of the Truck Business Unit within the country. This executive leadership role carries full P&L accountability and is responsible for delivering the commercial strategy, leading the dealer and service network, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring effective cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities Business & P&L Ownership — Full P&L accountability; drive revenue, market share and profitability across Sales, Commercial Operations and Services; define and execute the country business plan. Commercial & Network Leadership — Oversee Sales, Marketing and DOP performance; lead and develop the dealer and service network for coverage, performance and customer satisfaction. People Leadership — Build a high-performance, customer-centric organization; ensure clear governance and delegation of authority; coach leadership teams and develop succession pipelines. Customer & Brand — Serve as the senior interface with key customers, institutional stakeholders and strategic partners; ensure consistent brand experience; track market and competitor trends. Cross-Functional Execution — Partner closely with regional and corporate functions to deliver pricing, product launches, incentive programs and transformation initiatives. Compliance & Risk — Ensure full adherence to legal, regulatory, ethical, safety and data-protection standards, including local competition law and HSE regulations, across the organization and dealer network. Candidate Profile Solid experience in commercial, business unit or general management roles within the commercial vehicle sector Proven full P&L ownership and a track record of leading complex organizations Strong leadership, people development and change management capabilities Excellent strategic, analytical and negotiation skills International mindset with fluent English; Turkish citizenship required.
