Döhler Turkey is looking for "Developer Application" for our Food Application Laboratory to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with the following qualifications; Your Role Recipe development for B2B and B2C products, Designing and preparations of a recipes from end to end, Involving product release and first production process in facilities, Performing and monitoring all quality control analyzes in the product development process, Performing and monitoring shelf life tests of recipes, Follow-up monitoring of related regulations Turkish Food Codex, EU Legislation and similar standards and examining the appropriateness of the developments. Coordinating and working with sales, marketing, production team, quality team and business units. Your Profile Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments, Min. 2 years of experience in food industry in dairy products & sauce , Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP, Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Good team player, strong communication skills, Highlighting the creativity feature in product development, Analytical thinking with innovative point of view, high problem solving skill, The ability to work under pressure and stress, Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
