Spa Manager

As Hillside, we are looking for a Spa Manager to join our Spa Department at Hillside Resort Bodrum , an important part of the “feel-good” experience we offer our guests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, Health Sciences, Business Administration or a related field Managerial experience in Spa operations within luxury resorts and upscale hotels Previous experience in a hotel opening or pre-opening process is preferred Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Spa, therapy and treatment operations Strong experience in building, developing and managing teams Experience in Spa revenue management, sales, budgeting, cost control and reporting Knowledge of hygiene, occupational health and safety, and guest privacy standards Proficiency in Spa reservation and hotel management systems Advanced command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is an asset Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills A guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality Excellent communication, representation and problem-solving skills Residing in Bodrum or willing to relocate Responsibilities Managing Spa operations in line with the hotel’s service, quality and hygiene standards Contributing to the development of the Spa concept, treatment menu, operational procedures and job descriptions during the pre-opening period Overseeing the operations of treatment rooms, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas Managing the recruitment, training, performance and development processes of the Spa team Ensuring that massages, treatments, therapies and other services are delivered in accordance with established standards Accurately assessing guest needs and providing personalized service and treatment recommendations Handling guest requests, feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner Effectively managing Spa reservations, capacity planning and daily operational flow Monitoring revenue targets, sales performance, occupancy rates and the departmental budget Managing product, consumable and equipment inventories while ensuring effective cost control Ensuring that all products, equipment and treatment areas comply with hygiene, health and safety standards Keeping up to date with current trends in the Spa industry and developing recommendations for new services and treatments At Alarko Group of Companies, we embrace providing equal opportunities in employment as a fundamental principle.
