We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager who will help shape our brand strategy, strengthen our market presence and bring compelling brand stories to life. Job Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening the Elite World Hotels & Resorts brand, leading corporate marketing and communications initiatives, and developing marketing strategies across the portfolio while ensuring brand consistency and brand standards. This role will oversee brand management, franchise brand standards, corporate communications, content strategy, CRM and email marketing, website content management, domestic and international PR activities, creative agency management, and marketing support for new hotel openings and brand transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across the hotel portfolio. Ensure the consistent implementation of brand identity and corporate communication standards across all properties. Manage and maintain franchise brand standards by overseeing marketing, communications and visual identity in line with brand guidelines. Review and approve marketing, design and communication requests from franchise hotels, ensuring compliance with brand standards. Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar, campaigns and communication plans. Oversee website content planning, development and maintenance. Manage CRM and email marketing communications. Lead corporate communications, media relations and press release processes. Coordinate domestic and international PR agencies and communication activities. Manage relationships with creative, social media and production agencies. Lead the marketing processes for new hotel openings, brand launches and rebranding projects. Develop and execute brand partnerships, sponsorships, events and special marketing projects. Prepare, manage and monitor the marketing budget. Track marketing performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations and other departments to develop initiatives that support brand growth and commercial performance. Stay up to date with global hospitality, luxury and lifestyle trends, identifying new opportunities to strengthen the brand. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel chain or hospitality group. Strong background in brand management and corporate communications. Experience managing franchise operations with a solid understanding of brand standards and corporate identity implementation. Hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing and website content management. Proven experience working with and managing domestic and international PR agencies. Strong knowledge of media relations and corporate communications. Excellent copywriting, content development and brand storytelling skills. Experience in brand partnerships, event management and experiential marketing projects. Well-connected to lifestyle scene with a strong understanding of the gastronomy, arts, design and cultural landscape, and a passion for following emerging trends. Experience working with premium, lifestyle or multi-brand brands is considered an asset. Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to identify and translate trends into impactful marketing initiatives. Strong analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. No travel restrictions.
