What do we look for? Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Human Resources department Strong interpersonal and communication skills Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to handle a large volume of work and work at a fast pace in a high-pressure environment Good knowledge of MS Office programs especially MS Excel Proficiency in spoken and written English What will you work on? Carry out and support end-to-end HR activities for the branches Carry out the recruitment process Administer the disciplinary processes based on the labor laws if needed Prepare daily & monthly & and yearly reports to the management based on the HR metrics that should be requested Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department Assist with personnel attendance control system and timesheet tracking Assist employees with employment benefits, payroll, and onboarding process Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management Weekly filing of employee & and company files to ensure confidentiality & and compliance What’s in store for you?
