To achieve these objectives, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist. Roles And Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. Creating, managing, and growing the company’s presence through the main social media channels, as well as other strategically relevant online properties.Collaborate with the content production team to ensure the creation of creative and effective content. Development of brand awareness and online reputation, communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals. Plan content scheduling and posting on social media platforms. Analyze and report on social media and influencer marketing results. Implement and manage always-on social media media planning strategies. Execute and manage affiliate marketing content planning on social media. Integration of brand campaign into social media in the scope of its always on strategy. Ability to shoot and edit video for social media content. Produce short-form video content suited to Reels, YouTube, and Stories formats. Ability to create visual/graphic designs for social media posts (proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Create visual content aligned with brand identity. Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns through Google Ads. Conduct performance analysis and manage budgets across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business management and/or communications preferred Expertise in social media management is a must Strong communication and relationship management skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Digital marketing understanding and analytical skills Familiarity with current trends on social media platforms Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills Fluent in English Master all major platforms and social monitoring tools Additional Information Our company fosters a work environment that values personal and professional development for its employees.
