Anti-Marketing Engineer

A marketing job for exceptional engineers. You'll design micro-products built to spread, build them with AI, and get them in front of the right people. • Pay: 200,000–300,000 TRY per month, in USDC • Contract: External full-time contractor with API3 Foundation • Location: Eskişehir (hybrid) THE JOB You'll design micro-products that are easy to market, build them, and market them. Some will be your own ideas; others will be commissioned by marketing leadership. You'll be judged on whether people know about them, trust them and use them. You'll also help your teammates do the same with theirs. If you're a strong engineer who wants to move beyond writing software, this role is that move. You keep doing technical work, and its impact grows as AI improves. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON • AirnodeHub: API3's API marketplace for AI agents. It's the base you'll build on, and you'll help develop it. • Voice-agent tooling: we work closely with an external platform for voice agents. You'll use it every day and build on top of it. • Measurement: Track metrics for what you work on, AirnodeHub included, and build the dashboards and visualizations that make them clear. • Original methods: New ways to market, often by putting tools to uses they weren't made for. This is the most important part of the job. HOW YOU'LL WORK With AI, all day, for almost everything. That includes working with people: you'll coordinate through AI with the rest of the anti-marketing team and with people around the world, so the way we use it is highly social. You already follow the field closely, have workflows of your own, and enjoy finding new ways to work. You'll also be part of the in-person technical events we host, as a regular and as one of the people who make them happen. WHO WE WANT • Proven mastery (required): You've been recognized as exceptional at something, by someone other than yourself. It can be in any field. For example: a paper published at a top venue in its field, a startup you founded and raised money for, an olympiad medal, a top national rank in a standardized exam, Diamond rank in League of Legends. • Original: You invent new ways of doing things and find unexpected uses for the tools you have. • Taste: You're online a lot, play games, follow what's going viral, including in small niches, and know a bit about art, music and pop culture.
